SUNBRITE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY POLICY

Our warranties cover defects in design and manufacturing. Warranties do not cover, among other things: installation errors, wear & tear, acts of God, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, collisions, defects due to custom specifications provided by you, or any product modifications, configurations or combinations not performed by us or on our behalf. Also note the exceptions below for third-party products.


In addition to the above limitations of coverage, please be aware that certain situations may result in the complete denial of coverage under your warranty. The following are examples of situations that may result in the complete denial of coverage under your warranty: (1) if you have altered or modified the product; (2) if you have failed to perform required maintenance; (3) if you have failed to follow instructions for proper use; or (4) if you have caused damage through improper installation or use of the product.


If any product covered by this warranty fails due to a defect in material or workmanship within one year from date of purchase from Sunbrite Solutions, we will repair or replace it without charge at our option. You must pay the cost of shipping the product back to us. We will return the repaired item or replacement item back to you at our expense via ground transportation.


Warranty periods start on the shipment/purchase date. Must register product within 60 days of purchase date.


Recreational Use:


The warranty applies to the light bar or auxiliary lights only.

The warranty period limited lifetime or 50,000 hours of operation, whichever comes first. You must be the original owner with proof of purchase upon claim or proof of product registration.


We cannot make any warranties on third-party products and cannot process warranty claims for these products. We will pass through all warranties offered by the manufacturer, who has sole responsibility for processing warranty claims and returns. In all cases, unless otherwise agreed by the manufacturer, you must be the original owner with proof of purchase upon claim or proof of product registration. 


Commercial Use:


The following light bars and auxiliary lights are used for commercial use:


Agriculture: This includes tractors, combines, and other farm equipment.


Industrial: Industrial lights are used in manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and other industrial buildings.


Mining: Mining lights are used in mines, tunnels, and other underground or surface locations.


Public Safety: These include emergency vehicles like fire trucks and ambulances.


Marine: These include vessels like commercial fishing and cargo vessels


Your product is eligible for a warranty if it has been operated for 5 years or 50,000 hours, whichever comes first. You must be the original owner with proof of purchase upon claim or proof of product.
